About the Dietitian
Nikki graduated with distinction in BSc Dietetics from North-West University and is currently completing her internationally recognized Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Her journey into dietetics was inspired both by her own struggles with food during high school and by a fascination with the medicinal benefits of nutrition.
She believes in a balanced, sustainable approach to healthy eating, focusing on making it simple and realistic for everyday life. Since she doesn’t enjoy cooking elaborate meals, she’s passionate about finding time-saving, practical ways to eat well without overcomplicating things.
Outside of her work, Nikki enjoys cycling, swimming and yoga. In early 2023, she spent a month in Rishikesh, India, completing her yoga teacher training. At home, life is kept busy by her Australian Shepherd puppy, who is in training to become her partner’s Type 1 diabetes assistance dog - a demanding but rewarding “second job.”

Yes. Along with meal plans and resources, I offer in-person (Melkbos) & virtual consultations where we review progress, troubleshoot challenges and make adjustments together. I will also send you a check-in email 2-4 weeks after you received your tailored meal plan.
